Workday Integration SpecialistAbout the Role:As a Workday integration specialist, you will be responsible for designing, developing and supporting integrations between Workday and internal/external systems.Key Responsibilities:Design and develop integrations between Workday HCM and other applications.Deliver future-ready Workday solutions to optimize HR functions and enhance employee experience.Identify and assess complex business problems for integrating Workday with external applications across HR functions.Support Workday integration and have strong knowledge of XML, XSLT development/testing.Contribute to project objectives and specific deliverables.Design, build and support testing of Workday integration code base.Timely identification and escalation of risks and alternative technical approaches.Required Skills & Experience:4+ years' experience in Workday implementation/configuration support.Hands-on experience configuring Workday general HCM, business process framework, and reporting.Experience with Workday functional areas outside of Core HCM, i.e., Learning, Benefits, and Compensation.Experience building and supporting integrations for Workday HCM Applications.Experience supporting Workday interfaces with internal/external applications and other vendor applications.Experience with Web Services and APIs (WSDL, SOAP, REST and WS standards).Ability to work with cross-functional teams on data inquiries.M&A experience would be an advantage.
