Job Title: Quality Assurance OfficerOur team is looking for a diligent individual to take on the role of Quality Assurance Officer. As part of our QA department, you will be responsible for assessing and pre-qualifying manufacturers and products, including pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and other related activities.Key Responsibilities:Conduct thorough desktop evaluations of plants as required.Verify ISO and other certifications with the issuing body to ensure authenticity.Perform document or cause audits at manufacturer sites as necessary.Collect and assess product documents, including questionnaires, specifications, release criteria, and stability studies.Review and approve product documentation in SharePoint.Verify CE and other certificates for authenticity with the issuing body.Engage in discussions with manufacturers regarding product queries.Prepare assessments for product approval and datasheets.Assist in reviewing pharmaceuticals and medical devices for layout approval and review.Evaluate temperature files from shipments reaching customers.Development and Supporting Activities:Create item codes and plant codes in AX.Manage QD mailboxes, ECM requests, and assist with QD support functions.Implement quality management systems and comply with global and site-specific procedures.Support corporate QA in defining, revising, and implementing QMS and SOPs.Evaluate warehouse temperature files and conclude with proper justification or risk assessment.Lead projects involving quality functions.Serve as a segment-specific solution for quality-related issues.
