Expert ServiceNow Architect Required for Large-Scale Enterprise Implementations

ServiceNow Solutions ArchitectWe are seeking a seasoned ServiceNow architect with a strong background in IT service management and large-scale enterprise implementations. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading architecture, design, and delivery of ServiceNow solutions in complex environments.Main Responsibilities:Lead the development of ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Knowledge, etc.) to meet business requirements.Define and enforce best practices, governance, and design standards across the ServiceNow platform.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable and sustainable ServiceNow solutions.Drive integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST, SOAP, IntegrationHub, and MID Server technologies.Mentor and guide development teams in implementing custom applications, workflows, and automation on the ServiceNow platform.Evaluate and ensure platform scalability, performance, and security compliance.Required Skills & Experience:10+ years of overall IT experience, with 6+ years focused on ServiceNow.Hands-on expertise with ITSM modules and working knowledge of ITOM, CMDB, CSDM.Strong proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies, Business Rules, and Catalog development.Proven experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST/SOAP APIs.Deep understanding of the ITIL framework and its implementation on ServiceNow.Ability to lead client workshops, design discussions, and architecture reviews.Effective communication and stakeholder management skills.
