Proficiency in HR-related data analysis is required to provide actionable insights and recommendations, ensuring timely completion and delivery of projects. Additionally, strong communication and interpersonal abilities are necessary to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow administration in HRSD. Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines are essential. Holding ServiceNow Certifications (CSA / CIS-HR) is a plus.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business Administration, or related field.At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow administration in HRSD.
