Digital Workplace Solutions Lead

Job Title: Digital Workplace Solutions LeadAs a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our digital workplace solutions.Key Responsibilities:Conduct market research to identify current technology trends and their relevance to business needs.Evaluate business cases for new technologies and draft point-of-view documents for onboarding.Participate in analyst audits and respond to queries to earn recognition.Develop go-to-market strategies for digital workplace solutions, including webinars and presentations.Identify project scope and requirements, draft solutions, and prepare proposals for sales and clients.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field is required.A master's degree or MBA is preferred but not essential.Minimum 8-10 years of experience in product management or a related IT services industry role.Proven track record of managing all aspects of successful products throughout their lifecycle.Skills and Competencies:Strong understanding of digital workplace portfolio, frontline services, and end-user compute.Experience with unified endpoint management, M365 service portfolio, and experience management.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with familiarity with cloud computing platforms and SaaS.Other Requirements:Ability to adapt to fast-paced dynamic work environments.Strong customer focus and keen sense of business opportunities.Willingsness to travel as needed.Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams.Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
