Job Title: Creative Motion SpecialistThe primary objective of this position is to create high-impact motion graphics and dynamic animations that captivate audiences.Develop engaging motion pieces, animated assets, and short-form visualsDesign motion design systems, brand identities, campaign elements, social content, and presentations that align with the company's strategic goalsCollaborate with designers, strategists, and marketing teams on integrated projects to drive business growthTranslate static designs into dynamic motion pieces that enhance brand recognition and loyaltyImplement consistent brand language across animations to reinforce the company's visual identityExecute edits, transitions, typography animation, and micro-animations that bring concepts to lifeUtilize strong timing, pacing, and storytelling sense to craft compelling narratives in motionContribute to video projects (if needed): cuts, sequences, transitions that meet the required standardsOrganise multiple motion projects efficiently to ensure timely deliveryStay up-to-date with industry trends and explore new techniques to push creative boundaries and improve performanceIn this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects, from branding and marketing campaigns to UX and content initiatives.
