Product Innovation EngineerWe are seeking a highly skilled Product Innovation Engineer to join our team. As a Product Innovation Engineer, you will play a key role in building and improving our AI-enabled applications.This is an exceptional opportunity for a high-potential junior engineer (1–3 years) who wants hands-on ownership, end-to-end product exposure, and fast growth into leadership roles.Responsibilities:Maintain, improve, and extend the Ubuntoo AI application with support from external development partners.Lead the build-out of new product features: architecture → coding → testing → deployment.Write clean, scalable code across the stack (React, Node.js/Java + Python).Manage engineering workflows including project management tools and quality standards.Support product discovery: translate user needs into product requirements.Integrate with AI components (API-driven LLM features, AI agents).Ensure reliability, security, and scalability of backend services and cloud infrastructure.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful projects.What We Are Looking For:Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.2 – 3 years of software development experience.Strong skills in at least two of: React (front-end), Python, Node.js/Java.Understanding of APIs, microservices, and modern web app architecture.Exposure to AI concepts — RAG, LangChain-style orchestration, vector databases.Solid understanding of relational & non-relational databases.Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.Benefits:Opportunity to learn directly from experienced leaders.Clear career path: grow into leadership roles depending on strengths.Work in a flexible, global environment with a strong mission.How to Apply:Respond with your résumé and GitHub link to us with the subject line: "Application: Product Innovation Engineer"
