The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.The role is cross-functional, requiring collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to drive growth and revenue.Key Responsibilities:Partnership Strategy & Growth:Develop a global demand-side B2B partnership strategy aligned with company objectives.Identify, prioritize, and onboard high-value partners across education consultancies, universities, agents, and finance providers.Build business cases, financial models, and ROI projections for partnership verticals.Partner Acquisition & Onboarding:Lead partner sourcing, negotiation, contracting, and onboarding processes.Establish frameworks for partner engagement, incentives, and co-marketing campaigns.Relationship Management & Enablement:Manage strategic partnerships and build long-term relationships.Provide partner training, enablement resources, and SOPs for effective student referral.Performance Tracking & Optimization:Define key performance indicators (KPIs) for partnership success.Track performance, provide insights, and refine partnership strategies.Report to leadership on partner performance and ROI.Team Leadership:Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing partnership team.Ensure collaboration between teams to drive results.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.7–12 years of experience in strategic partnerships / business development / channel management (B2B)Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills.Proven track record of acquiring and scaling high-value B2B partnerships.Analytical mindset with ability to drive data-informed decisions.
