T24 System AdministratorWe are seeking an exceptional T24 System Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations group, you will be responsible for providing technical support and troubleshooting for our T24 COB processes.Responsibilities:Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for T24 COB processes, ensuring timely and accurate processing of transactions.Monitor COB processes, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise during the process.Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations, finance, and IT teams, to ensure smooth COB processing.Troubleshoot and resolve COB-related issues, including transaction processing errors, accounting discrepancies, and system issues.Analyze and resolve complex technical problems, escalating to senior management or external support as needed.Administer and maintain the T24 system, ensuring it is properly configured and optimized for COB operations.Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues and implement system updates.Maintain and update COB procedures and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.Ensure all COB processes are completed within designated timeframes, meeting regulatory and internal deadlines.Prepare and submit regular reports on COB operations, including transaction volumes, processing times, and error rates.Requirements:Proven experience in T24 system administration and technical support.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.Opportunities for career growth and advancement.About Us:We are a dynamic organization committed to delivering exceptional results and exceeding expectations.
