AWS Tech Lead Job DescriptionAre you looking for a challenging and rewarding career opportunity in technology? Our company is seeking an experienced AWS Tech Lead to join our team. As an AWS Tech Lead, you will have the opportunity to work with a talented team of professionals to design, develop, and deploy scalable and secure cloud-based systems.In this role, you will be responsible for leading the technical direction of our cloud infrastructure, collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements, and ensuring timely delivery of high-quality software solutions. You will also be responsible for conducting technical spikes and investigations into innovative technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in cloud computing, experience with AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway, and excellent leadership and communication skills. You will also need to be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.Key Responsibilities:Sprint Work Refining: Participate in refining and scoping upcoming sprint work to ensure alignment with business goals and objectives.Technical Design Assistance: Assist solution architects with technical design and breaking down complex tasks to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software solutions.Ticket Delivery: Accountable for timely delivery of assigned tickets, meeting acceptance criteria and ensuring customer satisfaction.Innovative Technologies: Conduct spikes/investigations into innovative technologies to identify new opportunities for growth and improvement.Code Reviews: Ensure teammates' work meets code quality standards through reviews and feedback.Integration Coordination: Coordinate with other teams for integrations, ensuring alignment of tasks and APIs.Issue Resolution: Work with the QA team to investigate and resolve issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Strong background in cloud computing, including AWS services such as Lambda, S3, and API Gateway.Experience with Node.js and TypeScript programming languages.Excellent leadership and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements.Benefits:We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome diversity in the workplace.
