Job Title: Oracle Functional ConsultantJob Description:As a seasoned professional in Oracle HCM Fusion, you will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. Your expertise in Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent Management, and Recruiting modules will be instrumental in ensuring seamless integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems.Key Responsibilities:Design end-to-end architecture for Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud implementations.Ensure integration with ERP, Payroll, and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and PaaS.Develop technical components including HCM Extracts, BIP Reports, OTBI, HDL/HSDL loaders, and Fast Formulas.Implementation & Delivery:Lead full lifecycle implementations: requirement gathering, CRP, configuration, testing, and go-live.Oversee data migration strategies and ensure compliance with security standards.Stakeholder Management:Collaborate with business teams to align HCM processes with organizational goals.Provide guidance to functional and technical teams during project execution.Performance & Optimization:Conduct system health checks and recommend optimizations.Implement best practices for reporting and analytics using OTBI and BI Publisher.Mandatory Skills:Expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM modules: Core HR, Absence, Payroll, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting.Strong knowledge of integration architecture and OIC.Hands-on experience with HDL/HSDL, Fast Formulas, HCM Extracts, and BI Publisher.Preferred Skills:Experience in global rollouts and multi-country implementations.Knowledge of Redwood UI, Page Composer, and HCM Experience Design Studio.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management.Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
