Job Title: Senior Backend Engineer (4+ Years) Role Overview: Be a key member of the Member Experience team, shaping the Cultfit app and powering our ecosystem—including the Trainer app, Personal Training, and SAT app. Directly impact our mission to make India fitter by ensuring a seamless, delightful user experience. Own projects end to end, solving challenges like smart scheduling and building AI trainer features. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and optimize scalable, robust, and fault-tolerant backend services. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business requirements into innovative solutions. Own the complete feature lifecycle—from product and tech design through development, experimental rollout, and iterations. Build features that integrate smoothly with internal tools and customer-facing services, while continuously enhancing product value. Perform performance tuning to ensure high reliability and responsiveness of all systems. Skills & Experience: 4+ years of core backend development experience with proficiency in core programming languages. Strong in building scalable and maintainable systems with solid DBMS expertise (relational or NoSQL), design patterns, and debugging skills. Ability to interpret complex requirements and deliver effective technical solutions; familiarity with Springboot is a plus. A collaborative, adaptable mindset with sound analytical and problem-solving skills.
