Quality Assurance SpecialistThis role is responsible for ensuring the quality of processes and products within an organization. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will be conducting regular process reviews to identify areas for improvement and providing coaching and training to employees to strengthen their understanding and execution of quality standards.Key responsibilities include:Conducting process reviews to identify trends and opportunities for improvementDeveloping and implementing training materials and SOPs to ensure consistency in quality assurance practices across departmentsAnalyzing findings from process reviews and developing reports to highlight trends/opportunities for improvementProviding ongoing coaching and support to employees to strengthen their understanding and execution of quality standardsYou will also be responsible for:Identifying training needs based on process review findings and collaborating with management to address skill gapsMaking recommendations to help reduce process variation and eliminate errorsTracking Business Unit responses for all findings identified from the process reviewsEscalating unresolved issues to Senior Management and working with Management to resolve the issuesProviding management with timely reports documenting observations from reviewsTo succeed in this role, you will need:Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalProficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel for data analysisA keen eye for detail and ability to analyze complex data setsStrong problem-solving skills and ability to make recommendations for improvementThis is an exciting opportunity to join a team dedicated to delivering high-quality products and services.
