### **Job Overview** 

As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be at the epicenter of Union Living’s operations, acting as a key enabler of the Founder’s vision. This role demands exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, combined with a robust understanding of technology, marketing, and sales. You will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth functioning of the Founder’s Office and contributing to the growth and success of the organization.

### **Key Responsibilities** 


#### **1. Executive Support** 

- Manage and organize the Founder’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements. 

- Act as the first point of contact for the Founder, managing correspondence and filtering communication. 

- Prepare and deliver detailed reports, dashboards, and high-impact presentations for internal and external stakeholders. 

- Ensure strict confidentiality and act as a trusted confidant. 


#### **2. Operational Excellence** 

- Oversee daily operations of the Founder’s Office, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 

- Track, manage, and follow up on projects, deliverables, and tasks to ensure timely execution. 

- Conduct research and provide actionable insights to support strategic planning and decision-making. 

- Maintain task prioritization systems and assist in resolving operational bottlenecks. 


#### **3. Marketing and Sales Support** 

- Collaborate on marketing and sales initiatives to drive business growth. 

- Develop impactful sales pitches, proposals, and communication materials tailored for clients and partners. 

- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies with organizational objectives. 

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics and prepare periodic reports. 


#### **4. Technology and AI Expertise** 

- Utilize advanced tools and platforms to streamline workflows and improve efficiency. 

- Research and recommend technology solutions, including AI tools, for business improvement. 

- Stay updated on tech trends, ensuring the Founder’s Office leverages cutting-edge solutions. 


#### **5. Generalist and Hustler Mindset** 

- Tackle diverse tasks ranging from administrative duties to high-level strategic projects. 

- Be resourceful and proactive in identifying opportunities and solving challenges. 

- Handle multiple responsibilities with agility and ensure high-quality outcomes. 


#### **6. Collaboration and Communication** 

- Serve as a bridge between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders. 

- Build strong relationships across departments to facilitate seamless collaboration. 

- Represent the Founder’s vision and interests in meetings and discussions when required. 


#### **7. Reporting and Presentations** 

- Prepare comprehensive reports, summaries, and business insights for the Founder. 

- Create visually appealing and impactful presentations for board meetings, investor pitches, and client interactions. 

- Ensure accuracy, professionalism, and clarity in all documentation.

### **Preferred Experience** 

- Previous experience as an Executive Assistant to a senior executive or Founder. 

- Exposure to sales, marketing, or business development roles is highly desirable. 

- Experience in start-ups, high-growth organizations, or the co-living/hospitality industry is a plus.
