Role Summary:The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of financial performance management solutions and be experienced in implementing and managing software applications.We are seeking an experienced professional with expertise in business analytics, data modeling, and technical implementation.Main Responsibilities:Implement and manage software applications that enable clients to streamline their financial processes, enhance planning and forecasting, and improve overall performance.Develop and implement solutions using advanced data analysis techniques with a strong focus on business intelligence.Build and maintain data transformation processes, ETL pipelines, and SQL-based logic.Collaborate with business analysts to translate functional requirements into scalable technical solutions.Write scripts, business rules, and calculations to support planning and forecasting.Design and manage data models, including custom dimensions and hierarchies.Integrate applications with external systems using data integration tools and APIs.Ensure secure user provisioning and access control.Participate in performance tuning, testing, and deployment.Provide ongoing technical support and drive continuous improvement.Support UAT and SIT processes by preparing test scenarios, documentation, and assisting end users.Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum 2+ years of experience with software implementations.Strong understanding of financial processes, e.g., consolidation, budgeting, forecasting, reporting.Hands-on experience in designing and deploying financial models and reports using advanced business analytics tools.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Software certifications (Level 1/2/3)
