Cloud Transformation LeaderWe are seeking a seasoned Cloud Transformation Leader to spearhead the modernization of our legacy systems into cloud-native solutions. This strategic role demands expertise in application modernization, cloud-native engineering, and enterprise-scale architecture.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute comprehensive modernization roadmaps and transformation strategies.Lead cross-functional teams in designing and implementing cloud-native architectures using .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, Web API, gRPC, and clean architecture.Architect scalable distributed systems utilizing microservices, EDA, domain-driven design, CQRS, and multi-tier cloud architectures.Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure seamless integration with existing infrastructure.Design and implement DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CloudFormation, or Bicep.Drive observability, monitoring, and logging using OpenTelemetry, AWS X-Ray, Azure App Insights, Prometheus, and Grafana.Ensure scalability, resiliency, security, and cost optimization across cloud and on-premise hybrid environments.Requirements:14+ years of experience in SDLC, with at least 5 years in an Architect role leading modernization or transformation programs.Strong expertise in .NET 6/7/8, ASP.NET Core, C#, SOAP/REST, gRPC, SOA, microservices, DDD, EDA, clean architecture.Experience with full-stack development using React or Angular; good understanding of modern web standards including HTML5, CSS3, TypeScript, and best practices for accessibility, security, and browser performance.Solid experience with CI/CD, DevOps, IaC, containers (Docker), and Kubernetes (EKS/AKS/GKE).Strong understanding of distributed system design, performance optimization, caching, messaging systems like MSMQ, SQS, Rabbit MQ, and integration patterns.Database expertise: SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle + NoSQL (DynamoDB, MongoDB, Cassandra); Strong ability to analyze schemas, optimize queries, model data for microservices, and evaluating storage strategy to modernize legacy database layers during cloud transformation.Skilled in unit testing, integration testing, contract testing, and automation frameworks (NUnit, xUnit, Jest, Playwright).Expert in defining and engineering NFRs—performance, reliability, scalability, security, observability, compliance—across cloud and on-premise hybrid environments.Preferred Qualifications:.NET or Microsoft professional certifications.AWS Solutions Architect / Azure Architect certification.TOGAF or other enterprise architecture frameworks knowledge.
