If you're comfortable taking live calls, solving customer issues in real time, and working night shifts, we'd love to hear from youKey ResponsibilitiesHandle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with queries or concernsDeliver clear, helpful, and courteous communication on every callFollow call scripts and SOPs for consistent customer serviceAccurately document call outcomes and customer interactionsCollaborate with internal teams when escalation or follow-up is requiredMaintain high levels of customer satisfaction, call quality and responsivenessMeet daily targets for call handling time, quality and resolution ratesRequirementsExcellent spoken English and comprehension skills is a mustMinimum 1-2 years of BPO voice support experienceExperience with US/UK-based clients is a plusClear and professional telephone etiquetteTyping speed of 45+ WPM with accuracy (for call documentation)Own laptop/desktop with webcam and Windows 11Reliable internet connection (minimum 40 Mbps)Comfortable working night shifts (US time zones)Important NotesThis is a contractual, remote positionYou must have your own equipment and be fully set up to work from homeCandidates must meet the typing, tech, and shift requirements to be considered
