Career Growth OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced placement manager to lead our campus placements, internships, and industry interface for design students.Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute a comprehensive placement strategy for all design programs.Establish and maintain strong relationships with design studios, brands, agencies, startups, and corporate design teams.Organize placement drives, portfolio review days, industry talks, workshops, and networking events to foster connections between students and employers.Coordinate pre-placement training initiatives to enhance student skills in portfolio building, CVs, interview preparation, and group discussions.Manage and grow a database of recruiters, placement reports, and alumni connections.Required Skills and Qualifications:4–8 years of experience in campus placements, corporate relations, or similar roles.Strong professional network or demonstrated ability to build connections within the design, media, e-commerce, fashion, product, UI/UX, and allied creative sectors.Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and student-facing skills.Ability to work with targets, data, and reporting for placement performance.Benefits and Opportunities:Full-time employment on-campus.Location: Delhi NCR Campus inside GD Goenka university (Gurgaon region).
