Job TitleThe Oracle EBS OPM Consultant position combines business acumen and technical expertise to deliver solutions for the manufacturing, maintenance, and quality modules.This role requires analyzing business problems and opportunities to recommend solutions based on the Oracle EBS Architecture. It involves facilitating communication between business and technical stakeholders, coordinating with different teams to deliver a solution, and ensuring uninterrupted production operations.Collaborate with business partners and onsite IT Analysts to understand and translate requirements into functional specifications and design.Work closely with the technical team to hand off the functional design and support in the technical design and development of the solution.Test the solutions, drive SIT/UAT, and support deployment after going live.Liaise with Oracle on production issues and product bugs.Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in production operations, identify the root cause of issues and recommend and implement the solution.Required Skills and QualificationsKey qualifications include:At least 6 to 9 years of working experience in Oracle Process Manufacturing in EBS along with the Costing module.Experience in at least 1 to 2 full cycle Implementations in the above modules.Minimum 1 to 2 Support project experience in Oracle EBS Applications as a EBS Manufacturing Functional Consultant.Strong understanding and hands-on experience in the following areas is a Must: Oracle Manufacturing and Maintenance in EBS, Oracle Cost Management, Plan to Produce and Make to Order business flows.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Good understanding of the Agile Development Process.Knowledge of Fusion SCM is a plus.Hands-on experience in basic SQL and PL/SQL.BenefitsThis role offers:A competitive salary package.A dynamic and supportive work environment.Ongoing training and professional development opportunities.
