Role Summary:


We are seeking a passionate Flutter Developer who is deeply in love with frontend development. In this role, you will be a key member of our dynamic team, contributing to the creation and enhancement of frontend solutions that redefine user experiences. Your work will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of Digia's mission.


Success in this Position:


As a Flutter Developer at Digia, your success will be measured by your ability to:

  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain efficient Flutter-based applications.
  • Deliver high-quality code that meets project requirements while adhering to best practices.
  • Champion the use of Flutter's capabilities to create visually appealing, responsive, and performant user interfaces.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring smooth app performance.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, applying them to enhance our frontend offerings.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain Flutter applications that deliver exceptional user experiences.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and backend developers to translate concepts into beautiful, functional user interfaces.
  • Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
  • Conduct code reviews to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and issues promptly.
  • Optimize app performance for speed and responsiveness.
  • Stay updated on the latest Flutter developments and incorporate them into projects as appropriate.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.


Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Flutter Developer or Mobile App Developer with a strong focus on frontend development.
  • Proficiency in Dart programming language.
  • Strong knowledge of Flutter framework and its best practices.
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
