Key Responsibilities

  • Undertaking the audit of payroll process, payment process, and work on streamlining the shortcoming and help the team in reducing the errors in contractor payroll and avoid overpayment.
  • Review the wage control account of the contractor on daily basis and identify the overpayment
  • Reconciliation of Wage control account Vs ADP software and analyse for any variance.
  • Act as bridge between payroll team and finance team in actioning the overpayment and implementing correcting measure to avoid the same issue again.
  • Liaise with payroll team and operation team to notify on the contractor overpayment and to work on recovery part at the earliest.
  • To send weekly overpayment report including recovery details on weekly basis and preparing the ad hoc reports to Payroll and finance team head.
  • Assist regional team in Audits- Validate compliance with fed/state/local regulations for the following Overtime working, PTO workings, pay statement, Garnishment, work state validation, backup withholding for 1099 contractors, Guarantee (Retainer pay) reconciliation.
  • Litigation Support to regional team in providing requested payroll documents, record retrieval
  • Wages and Tax reconciliation (Monthly, Quarterly, Annual)


Shift Timing: 4pm to 12am

  • Qualification: B com / M Com
  • Work Experience: At least 4–5-year experience in the similar role

  • Good accounting skills and ERP experience
