Responsibilities
· Architecting, deploying and supporting Microsoft Modern Management platforms which includes Intune, SCCM, Cloud Management Gateway, Windows Autopilot, Co-management, MEM and Azure Portal as well as MDM for the MAC/OSX infrastructure integrated between Jamf and Microsoft Intune.
· Ensures the highest level of security and availability of associated systems, applications and infrastructure through alignment to STIG/CIS guidelines, maintaining practices/processes for monitoring, alerting and remediating noncompliance and/or vulnerabilities, identifying trends and assess opportunities to improve capabilities, processes, and execution in order to meet changing needs and requirements of a vigorous enterprise support model.
· Manage evaluation, installation, integration, testing and performance monitoring of the infrastructure and related software products in support of a multi-client, multi-vendor systems software/hardware environment (i.e., laptops, desktops, iMacs, MacBook's, Mac Pro laptops)
· Provides technical analysis of requirements necessary for the protection of all information processed, stored, or transmitted by systems.
· Apply expertise across all aspects of the end user service design framework to deliver a superior experience that is scalable, sustainable, supportable and aligned to future state
· Ensure compliance for controls, standards, device posture, MFA, detailed infrastructure solutions/repeatable patterns (build-kits) for non-production and production environments, transitioning knowledge to infrastructure operations, and other various levels of global technical support.
· May act as Project Leader and/or serve as an expert resource/point of contact within the group for partner, committee or management interactions
Required Skills/Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or higher in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
Related technology certifications a plus: e.g. ITIL certifications, engineering certifications
· Overall 20+ years of Industry experience
15+ years engineering experience with
· Infrastructure design, architecture, setup, implementation, transition and maintenance of on-prem, cloud and hybrid cloud enterprise infrastructure and support model implementations on related platforms
· Management points/Site servers, Distribution points, WSUS and patch management via SCCM
· Microsoft Endpoint Management - Responsible for device management, maintaining the Intune/Autopilot environment OSD creation/maintenance, application packaging/deployment, Windows patching, hardware specs, device management, policy creation/mgmt,
· Autopilot, Co-management, Conditional Access, device policies, and supporting technologies, e.g. AD/GPO/Azure cloud integration, authentication, LAN, WAN, voice network environments, routing protocols, various technology architectures including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, LAN, WAN, Wireless, VPN, peripherals, packaging, Powershell/ ZSH / Bash scripting, etc.
· Azure Active Directory and Office 365, Security (LAPS, Bitlocker, Windows Hello for Business, Certificate 802.1X)
· Apple device management and compliance, software alternatives, and related technologies/components including but not limited to Apple Business Manager, DEP, VPP, Apple Configurator, MySQL, VMware & Windows server.
· M365 Security Products (Microsoft Defender ATP, MDAV, Azure RMS)
· Microsoft Windows 10 Security and Management (Bitlocker, MBAM, DeviceGuard, Credential Guard)
· End point conferencing platforms like Microsoft Teams, Cisco Jaber, Cisco WebEx and Zoom
· Global technology experience working with various towers and teams
· Experience with maturing operations and engineering processes, documentation, monitoring capabilities and queue workflow
· ITSM model (Service Now integrations a plus)
· A self-starter with a passion for technology, teamwork, overcoming challenges, prioritization, problem solving, diagnosis/troubleshooting & providing exceptional customer service
· Strong adaptation skills including the ability to communication at all levels, analytical ability, strong judgment and management skills, and the ability to work effectively with partners, vendors, IT and operational leaders.
