Job Title: AI Systems DeveloperWe're seeking an expert in artificial intelligence to design and deploy large-scale systems that provide actionable insights.Design, develop, and maintain machine learning features for our open-source observability platform built on Grafana and ClickHouse.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the scalability, reliability, and efficient deployment of ML models.Develop data pipelines using Databricks and related tools to support AI-driven decision-making.Apply CI/CD and MLOps best practices to automate model testing and deployment.Deploy and manage ML infrastructure on cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.Set up and integrate MCP servers and connect tools across observability systems.Establish standard procedures and develop custom MCP integrations between systems.Analyze system performance and identify areas for improvement using OpenTelemetry pipelines and observability metrics.RequirementsMaster's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or Artificial Intelligence (or equivalent experience).Proven expertise in designing, developing, and operating large-scale AI systems in production environments.Familiarity with Large Language Models (LLMs), Grafana, and Databricks.Strong coding skills in Python.Knowledge of container orchestration and cloud computing platforms.Understanding of observability pillars (metrics, logs, traces) and monitoring best practices.Experience implementing OpenTelemetry pipelines for AI systems.Awareness of CI/CD, MLOps, and monitoring best practices.
