It should capture only the key responsibilities of the role.SECTION III: KEY RESPONSIBILITIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE ROLEResponsibilitiesPolicies, Processes and ProceduresConduct day-to-day activities & follow all medical and occupational health policies, processes standard operating procedures and instructions so that services are delivered in controlled and consistent mannerExecute initiatives/projects for improvements in medical service processes, specifications, and best practices to achieve functional deliverablesImplement safety, infection control and emergency policy and procedures at all locations as per the goals and objectivesKeep self abreast with leading practices, research studies & trends and contribute to the identification of continuous improvement of systems, processes and proceduresMedical Operational ActivitiesAssist in managing occupational health centre and perform administrative duties as per the set guidelinesConduct medical monitoring as per schedule by implementing adequate medical care, maintaining health and safety facilities and social securitySupport in guiding patients to avail social security benefits and other entitlements as per organization and regulatory standardsAssist in giving routine/emergency treatment for employees and family members and maintain regular supply of medicines at the medical centresSupport in conducting Occupational Health awareness and CASHe programs and lifestyle disease related workshops to prevent health hazardsProvide Industrial Hygiene services on the premises and gather feedback for continuous improvement as per planCompliance, Audit & MISAssist in major health incident investigations, audit, and legal queries for occupational health managementSupport in investigating any problems that may arise at the clinic, execute clinical trials and support medical research programsConduct audit of facilities and services as per the set guidelines and standardsConduct periodic hygiene surveys and occupational health surveys in adherence to function objectives and goalsSupport in maintaining employee health records and database as per set guidelines and in adherence to statutory regulationsMetrics that are used to evaluate the success/performance of the role; specific targets do not need to be included as those would change from Y-o-YSECTION IV: SUCCESS METRICSKey interactions which are essential to execute the role.
