Production and Supply Chain CoordinatorThis role is responsible for ensuring efficient demand and supply matching at our plant. It involves overseeing the production process and inventory management to meet customer needs.End-to-End Demand and Supply Planning: Coordinate production, inventory, and supply chain activities to ensure effective demand and supply alignment.Long Range Planning: Develop 5-year plans and short-term strategies for up to 6 months, taking into account market trends and customer requirements.Budgeting: Establish budgetary controls for internal and API batches to be manufactured throughout the year.Clean Room/Intm. Area Occupancy: Ensure occupancy rates are aligned with budgeted levels to optimize resources.Production Plan vs Actual Tracking: Monitor and address any deviations or manufacturing issues to minimize disruptions.Distribution Plan: Create monthly distribution plans to meet customer delivery expectations.Commits for Next 6 Months: Provide product and SKU level commitments to customers and stakeholders.ATP/Commits to Merchant Orders/Inquiries: Ensure on-time delivery to customers and commit to orders and inquiries in a timely manner.Risk Management Planning: Identify and mitigate potential risks by raising purchase requests and taking commitments from vendors.Sales Planning: Conduct sales planning for the current month at the customer level to maximize revenue opportunities.Forecast Accuracy: Achieve high forecast accuracy (e.g., 95%) and monitor metrics like MAPE/C, A vs C/A vs R on regular KPI dashboards.Freight Cost Reduction: Track and minimize freight costs per unit to optimize logistics efficiency.Inventory Planning: Develop monthly inventory projections for the next 4 months based on demand and manufacturing plans to avoid stockouts or overstocking.Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage project requirements and deliverables.Monthly S&OP Meetings: Participate in captive and merchant S&OP meetings, presenting recommendations and possibilities to drive business growth.Run MRP/Create Process Orders: Execute material requirements planning and create process orders in our ERP system.Data Extraction: Retrieve data points and reports from our ERP and LIMS systems to inform business decisions.
