Role Description 

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Python Backend ML Developer at RSquareSoft Technologies. Role requires to build scalable product on cloud using AI/ML integration. The Back End Developer will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server side of web applications, APIs, collaborating with front-end developers and designing databases. This is a role located in Pune, with flexibility for some remote work. 

 

Qualifications 

  • Minimum 2 Years experience with Python, Spark, AWS, K8s etc  
  • Back-End Web Development and Software Development skills 
  • Experience in Fine tuning and training data for ML/AI 
  • Generate/Create training data for AI 
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills 
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills 
  • Attention to detail and ability to work independently 
  • Experience with databases and data modeling 
  • Hands-on experience with AWS services, including EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, API. 
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design principles, asynchronous programming, and microservices architecture. 
  • Experience with version control systems such as Git and CI/CD pipelines. 
  • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile/Scrum. 
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen attention to detail. 
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 
  • AWS certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Developer) are a plus.

Key Responsibilities 

  • Design, develop, and deploy RESTful APIs and microservices using Python and Django framework.  
  • Implement data models, database schemas, and queries using PostgreSQL, ensuring efficient data storage and retrieval. 
  • Integrate backend systems with third-party services and APIs, such as AWS services (e.g., S3, Lambda, DynamoDB) for scalability and reliability. 
  • Collaborate with frontend developers to define API endpoints, data formats, and communication protocols for seamless frontend-backend interaction. 
  • Optimize backend performance, scalability, and reliability through code refactoring, caching mechanisms, and load balancing techniques. 
  • Implement security measures, such as authentication, authorization, and encryption, to protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with security standards. 
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and maintain coding standards and best practices. 
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues in production and staging environments, ensuring timely resolution and minimal downtime. 
  • Stay updated on emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices in backend development, and apply them to enhance our backend infrastructure and processes.
