Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on configuration and support for ETQ and other quality management platforms such as Intelex and QDMS, ensuring the optimal performance and customization to meet client requirements.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their core manufacturing quality processes, including NCR management, audits, compliances, and QA/QC.
  • Apply quality management frameworks like Total Quality Management (TQM), Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma to drive continuous improvement in quality and operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with clients and internal teams to implement and configure enterprise quality tools such as ETQ, SAP Quality Management, and Oracle Quality Management to improve quality processes.
  • Conduct consultative engagements with clients to identify business requirements and recommend solutions tailored to their specific quality management needs.
  • Document business processes, assess system integration, and ensure alignment with business models and quality technology platforms.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and business stakeholders to prepare and manage product backlog items, ensuring that product development aligns with business requirements and quality objectives.
  • Provide ongoing support and maintenance for quality management systems, ensuring any issues are promptly addressed and resolved.

Mandatory Skills:

  • Proficiency in ETQ, Intelex, and QDMS platforms.
  • Experience with low-code/no-code platforms for rapid configuration and deployment.
  • Strong knowledge of quality management frameworks such as TQM, Lean Manufacturing, and Six Sigma.
  • Excellent consultative skills to engage with clients on their quality management needs and deliver effective solutions.
  • Experience in documenting business processes, assessing the integration of technology with business models, and improving system efficiency.
  • Ability to work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of quality-focused product features.
