Automation Specialist OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Automation Specialist to join our team. This is a challenging role that involves designing, developing and enhancing automation frameworks using TestComplete (Web, Desktop, and Mobile). The successful candidate will have strong programming skills in languages such as JavaScript, VBScript or Python and experience with CI/CD pipelines.About the Job:This role requires someone who can collaborate closely with development teams to understand application logic and ensure optimal automation coverage. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and debugging skills and be able to maintain comprehensive documentation of automation design, test cases, and execution results.Key Responsibilities:Design and Develop Automation Frameworks: The primary responsibility of this role is to design and develop automation frameworks using TestComplete (Web, Desktop, and Mobile) for testing applications.Develop Automated Tests: The successful candidate will develop robust, reusable automated tests using JavaScript, VBScript, or Python within TestComplete.Collaborate with Development Teams: The candidate will work closely with development teams to understand application logic and ensure optimal automation coverage.Maintain Documentation: Comprehensive documentation of automation design, test cases, and execution results is a must.Integrate Automated Tests: The candidate will integrate automated tests within CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).Requirements:To be considered for this role, you should have:Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in TestComplete.At least 5 years of total experience in test automation.Proficiency in JavaScript, VBScript, or Python for scripting automated tests.Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation integration.Experience with API testing using tools such as ReadyAPI or Postman (preferred).Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
