Job Title: Studio Operations CoordinatorWe are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Studio Operations Coordinator to join our team.Key Responsibilities:Studio Setup and Maintenance: Ensure all equipment is in working order before and after use, verifying that audio and video quality meet industry standards.Scheduling Live Lectures & Recordings: Coordinate and manage live lectures and recordings, ensuring seamless execution and minimal disruptions.Team Collaboration: Foster a positive and productive environment for faculty members by promoting effective communication and collaboration among team members.Resource Management: Manage studio resources and personnel to optimize efficiency, meeting the demands of various projects and events.Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Proficiently operate cameras and related equipment, perform routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshoot technical issues as needed.Requirements:Video Editing Experience: Basic knowledge of video editing software and techniques, with proficiency in using popular tools such as OBS.System Configuration: Understanding of system configuration and optimization, ensuring smooth operation of studio equipment and software.Camera Operation: Proficiency in operating cameras and related equipment, including setup, calibration, and troubleshooting.Industry-Related Software: Strong understanding of software used in the industry, including video editing, streaming, and other relevant applications.Excellent Communication Skills: Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members and stakeholders.
