Cloud Engineer – Infrastructure Specialist

Job OpportunityWe are seeking a skilled professional to support the deployment, scaling, automation, and ongoing management of OpenShift clusters and cloud infrastructure.Key Responsibilities:Deploy, configure, and manage OpenShift clusters, including version upgrades, patching, scaling, and cluster lifecycle management.Deploy, manage, and scale containerized applications using the oc CLI, OpenShift Web Console, and Kubernetes-native tooling.Design and implement CI/CD Pipelines integrating tools such as Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab for automated build, test, and deployment workflows.Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting using Prometheus and Grafana to ensure reliability and performance across GCP and OpenShift environments.Troubleshoot platform and application issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.Implement security best practices, including RBAC, policies, network security, and compliance within Kubernetes/OpenShift.Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration of GCP resources.Collaborate with development, operations, architecture, and security teams to support application readiness and platform optimization.Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, runbooks, and configuration references.Manage lifecycle operations including control plane/worker node upgrades, certificate renewals, and platform maintenance.RequirementsExperience with OpenShift and Kubernetes platformsProficiency in containerization and orchestrationStrong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation toolsKnowledge of Prometheus and Grafana for monitoring and alertingAbility to design and implement secure systems and infrastructureBenefitsThis role offers a unique opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with a talented team.
