Job description:

  • ControlM administrationexperience as Level 2/3 level for complex infrastructure andenvironment.

Ability to schedulejobs monitor and correct the issues related to backups applicationsfile transfers Application Integrator etc.

Handled Priority 1 and critical issues related toControlM.

Knowledge on integrations usingplugins and API based connections with other infrastructureservices.

Setup and maintain high availabilityof the ControlM environment of a large infrastructureenvironment.

Ability to maintain upgrade andpatch the ControlM environment and suggest recommendation for valueaddition.

Document technical solutions andbuild SOPs for the monitoring team.

Knowledgeon Linux Unix and Windows environment is mandatory.

Should have Excellent communication and interpersonalskills; helps contribute to timely completion of projectdeliverables well short of schedule.

Richexposure in automation & programming through UNIX shellscripting Python or any other scripting language is addedadvantage.

Analytical skill to understand userrequirements procedures and problems to automate processing or toimprove existing job flows and schedules systems.

Knowledge on ITIL and Certification preferred.

Knowledge on ServiceNow ITSM tool

Basic understanding of scripting and batch knowledge

Very good understanding of ITIL V3 Fundamentals

Fair knowledge of Windows Linux operatingsystems

Good foundation of networkingconcepts

Nice to have: Knowledge &experience working with different automation tooling within ITOperations

Flexible to work in 24x5 shiftswhich also includes Night.

Very good analyticalthinking and problemsolving abilities

Selfdriven committed process Oriented and able to handlechallenging situations

Open to takeupadditional responsibilities as and when needed.
