Company Website - https://www.itvedant.com/Overall Handling the branch - looking after sales and operations, PnL Management● Efficiently manage student walk-in inquiries and Cold Calling.● Explain available IT courses and payment plans to candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.● Follow up with candidates regarding course enrollment and payments.● Make reminder calls for outstanding payments.● Handling the team of counselors● Looking after the P&L of the branch, operations, petty cash● Ensuring that the batches are run smoothly on a daily basis.● Manage the complete student admission process from start to end.● Assess and optimize student recruitment strategies by analyzing their effectiveness.● Greet and assist prospective students by handling paperwork, conducting interviews, and following up with emails and phone calls.● Efficiently manage student walk-in inquiries and Cold Calling.● Explain available IT courses and payment plans to candidates, addressing their questions and concerns.● Follow up with candidates regarding course enrollment and payments.● Make reminder calls for outstanding payments.● Update and schedule upcoming batches, keeping all team members, trainers, and students informed.● Meet targets set by the Branch Manager.● Managing all the operational activities and day-to-day life-cycle of the institute such as batch formation and coordination, faculty coordination, classroom arrangement, etc.● Collecting Feedbacks & Reviews from the students● Working on Maximizing the Referrals.Requirements:5 yrs of experience in education industryGood communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and confident demeanorStrong sales and negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade customers to buy our coursesAbility to multitask and manage time effectively
