Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Team Management: Lead, mentor, and manage the coordination team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Curriculum Planning: Ensure the seamless alignment of A Level curriculum standards, assessments, and instructional practices.
- Academic Monitoring: Oversee student progress, analyze performance metrics, and implement strategies to support academic success.
- Program Development: Innovate and improve academic programs tailored to the A Level curriculum, focusing on skill development and student engagement.
- Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the main point of contact between students, parents, and faculty, maintaining clear and professional communication.
- Operational Oversight: Manage daily operations within the A Level department, ensuring adherence to policies, deadlines, and quality standards.
- Professional Development: Organize training sessions and professional development programs for staff to stay updated on A Level methodologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education or a related field.
