Job Overview:We are seeking a skilled Professional to ensure smooth deployment, onboarding, support, and delivery of AI-based video analytics projects.As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for installing, configuring, and commissioning Intozi video analytics systems. You will work closely with engineers to resolve bugs, configuration errors, and site-specific challenges.You will provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for customer queries and incident resolution, monitor system health, alerts, and analytics performance through dashboards, and prepare deployment reports, checklists, logs, RCA documents, and customer update reports.This is an excellent opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and computer vision solutions in a fast-paced learning environment with real exposure to enterprise deployments.Key Responsibilities:Project Deployment & Support: Assist in installation, configuration, and commissioning of Intozi video analytics systems.Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose issues related to cameras, servers, GPUs, networking, and software components.Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor system health, alerts, and analytics performance through dashboards.Customer Coordination: Interact with clients, system integrators, and partners for smooth project execution.Required Skills & Qualifications:Technical Skills: Basic understanding of networking, IP cameras, NVR/VMS systems, and server hardware.Knowledge: Linux, command-line usage, and basic troubleshooting.Familiarity: AI/video analytics concepts (preferred).Exposure: Cloud/on-prem deployments, GPUs, and Docker (added advantage).Benefits:Opportunity to work on cutting-edge AI and computer vision solutions.Fast-paced learning environment with real exposure to enterprise deployments.Growth path towards Project Engineer/Implementation Lead roles.
