The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruitment, employee engagement, compliance, and HR operations, ensuring a smooth and efficient work environment.Key Responsibilities1. Recruitment & OnboardingManage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to selection.Coordinate interviews, assessments, and offer rollouts.Facilitate smooth onboarding and orientation for new hires.2. Employee Engagement & Performance ManagementMaintain employee records, leave tracking, and attendance management.Organize employee engagement activities and welfare programs.Assist in performance appraisal processes and feedback collection.3. Compliance & HR OperationsEnsure adherence to labor laws and company policies.Handle payroll inputs, documentation, and statutory compliance.Address employee queries, grievances, and HR-related concerns.4. Executive SupportHandle emails, phone calls, and official correspondence.Organize meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items.Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents.Key Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English & Hindi. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
