This Team has responsibility for financial metrics, reporting, forecasting and analysis. Focus on providing analytical and data driven business and financial insights to the relevant stakeholders that will enable sound decision making. Job Summary:An experienced retail analyst with an open mind for learning technology concepts.  The associate will be responsible for critical reporting & in-depth analytics that are directly consumed by executive leadership to take decisions or for external reporting & compliances. Will work on Central reporting packs, dashboards, special projects & rapid insight packages on margin & inventory analysis. Will also play an active role in Forecasting and planning support. Roles & Responsibilities:Core Responsibilities:Design, develop & deliver insightful financial reporting and dashboardsProvide tactical support for key Executive meetings, Monthly Business meetingsSupport teams during key financial and business processes (Annual/Strategic Plan, Forecast, etc.)Perform financial reporting, ad-hoc business analyses, and financial modelingFocus to ensure 100% accuracy and timely analysisWork with business partners and teams in an onshore-offshore model through effective collaborationKnowledge of working scenario-based analysis / multiple approaches to tackle problems and recommending a suitable approach based on facts, figures, data. Ability to story-tell (why/what/how) enabling decision makingEstablish and maintain operating and business metrics.Years of Experience:Min 2 years of experience up to 5 years in a retail / analytics organization & exposure to finance and retail concepts with intent to learn and use upcoming, available data handling methods.
