Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced credit manager for underwriting and monitoring Supply Chain Finance proposals. The ideal candidate should possess the relevant underwriting expertise in Supply Chain Finance / Wholesale Funding (Inventory Funding / Trade Advance) / Bill Discounting / Dealer Finance. The candidate should have a proven track record of handling the entire processing of files from login to disbursal and at least two years of team management experience.
Core Responsibilities
- Appraising & Decisioning: Evaluate and approve cases with utmost due diligence and within agreed TAT levels.
- Monitoring: Maintain strong oversight of the Supply Chain Finance portfolio.
- Delinquency Management: Manage and mitigate delinquencies effectively.
- Risk Management: Identify and manage risks associated with credit proposals.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain relationships with anchors and business partners.
- Vendor Management: Handle vendor empanelment, training, and cost management.
- Team Management: Lead and manage the credit team efficiently.
- Training: Provide training to CPA, sales, DSA, vendors, and other relevant functions.
- Data Quality: Ensure high data quality and adherence to established processes.
Desired Skill Set
- Relevant Experience: Proven experience as a Credit Manager in SCF / Wholesale Funding (Inventory Finance) / Dealer Finance in Bank / NBFC.
- End-to-End Processing: Experience in handling the complete processing of loan proposals.
- Systems Expertise: Proficiency in handling LOS / LMS or similar systems.
- Financial Analysis: Strong ability to analyze financial statements.
- Team Handling: Minimum of two years of experience in team management.
- Technical Skills: Expertise in the Microsoft Office framework.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Organizational Abilities: Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Problem-Solving: Aptitude for problem-solving and creative thinking.
