Job Description:We are seeking an experienced FileMaker Pro Developer for a short-term project. The successful candidate will support a critical migration project, utilizing their skills to migrate data, scripts, and layouts from existing solutions to the target platform.The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with database design, scripting, and reporting in FileMaker Pro, as well as a good understanding of FileMaker architecture, relational models, and integrations.Responsibilities include reviewing current databases to identify dependencies, integration points, and migration challenges, handling blank tables that need to be re-mapped, and updating national vending machine numbering for Providence Health and SSM Health.Additionally, the candidate will document migration steps, configuration changes, and best practices, and work with project stakeholders to address requirements, provide updates, and resolve issues.Required Skills and Qualifications:Hands-on experience as a FileMaker Pro Developer (database design, scripting, reporting)Good understanding of FileMaker architecture, relational models, and integrationsAbility to deliver within short timelines and work with minimal supervisionStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailAvailability to work during CST business hoursBenefits:This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled FileMaker Pro Developer to contribute to a critical migration project and gain valuable experience in a dynamic environment.Others:Additional desired qualifications include experience with FileMaker Pro migrations or upgrades, familiarity with third-party integrations, APIs, or plugins, strong communication and documentation skills, and a background in freelance/consulting with proven on-time delivery.
