DFT Lead RoleThe DFT lead is responsible for managing and implementing Design For Test (DFT) concepts across various teams. Key responsibilities include:Developing in-depth knowledge of DFT concepts, including scan insertion, ATPG, coverage analysis, and transition delay test coverage analysis.Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate DFT strategies into design flows, ensuring seamless testing and validation.Providing expertise in scripting languages such as Perl and Shell, and working on RTL and gate-level simulations of scan and MBIST test vectors.Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, tools, and methodologies, adapting to new technologies and workflows as required.About This RoleThis role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a high level of adaptability.
