Job Title: Beauty AdvisorReports To: Assistant Store Manager/Counter Manager/Store ManagerDepartment/Group: OperationsWork Experience: 0-2 yearsJob DescriptionRole and Responsibilities:Sales % contribution to store sales and consistently achieves IPT/AUS/Conversion target set by the ManagerHelps Manager in executing monthly action plan including events calendarAdheres to out-of-stock procedures as set by ManagerActively participates in the FIFO process and management of Testers as per guidelines set by ManagerNumber of focused services carried out (% contribution to sales) (e.g. You time services for CL)Effectively closes the Sale, thanks the customer, and invites themCustomers Follow-up (e.g. 1-2-3 connect for EL, 2-2-2 for CL, 3-3-3 for BB)ConsultationGreets customers upon arrival with a verbal greeting and smileFully investigates customers’ needs using open-ended questions and demonstrates active listeningDemonstrations and consultations are hygienic and educationalProduct and Technical KnowledgeDisplays a competent level of Product Knowledge, and keeps up-to-date in this areaE-LearningAware of and adheres to security and cashiering proceduresPersonal and Counter ImageBrand dress code and grooming followed, and the strong personal image displayedMaintains hygiene of counter, clean and tidy work area (during and after demos and applications)Follows procedures for using a tester, to ensure hygienic cleaning, application, and samplingKeeps brush belt clean and in good orderCommunication and Relationship BuildingMaintains good relationships with Customers, Store, SSL and Brand teams, Mall ManagementAttends Learning Labs/scheduled workshops, contributes to training sessions/meetings, and keeps oneself informed of all store activitiesCommunicates essential information to the store teamIs keen to help the team with their tasks, also accurately and timely completes their own taskCommitmentPunctual, flexible, and has a responsible attitude towards breaks and absenceEnsures compliance with the company’s code of conduct and SOPsSelf-motivated, uses own initiative, and takes direction wellQualifications and Education RequirementsHigh School Graduate or equivalentKnowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Preferred Competencies & SkillsTechnical skills: Retail selling skills, Effective communication, and makeup skillsOther Skills: Customer orientation, learning proficiency, planning and organizing, team player, influencing, problem-solving, Innovative, In touch with current trends, styles, colors, and also the taste of the Indian market.Preferred Industry Beauty/ Retail /Apparels/Salon/Aviation/Hospitality
