Senior US Staffing SpecialistWe are seeking a seasoned and dynamic Senior US Staffing Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and placing top talent in the US IT industry.Key Responsibilities:Sourcing and recruiting candidates with 2-5 years of experience in the US Staffing Industry.Developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates alike.Coordinating interviews and assessing candidate fit for various positions.Requirements:Any graduate with 2+ years of work experience in the US Staffing Industry.Proven track record of working on Full Time/1099/C2C/W2 Contracts/W2 Employment requirements.Basic or advanced experience in using Monster, Dice, ATCS, LinkedIn, Career Builder, Computer jobs, Tech Fetch, Yahoo hot jobs.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong knowledge of US Tax Terms and US Visas.Preferred Qualifications:Technical knowledge of the US IT industry.Graduate in any stream with a preference for those with technical knowledge.Why Choose Us?We offer a collaborative and dynamic work environment, with opportunities for growth and development.
