The Video Editor will beresponsible for editing and assembling recorded raw material into a suitable, finished productready for broadcasting on various social media channels. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing video content, creating engaging visuals, applying color grading, and integrating motion graphics to produce high-quality videos. They will collaborate with content creators to refine visual storytelling and ensure the final output aligns with organizational goals.The editor will collaborate with the content team to create high-quality video content andincorporate our suggestions accordingly.QualificationsProficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve or any such equivalentKnowledge of video production processesUnderstanding of various video formats and formats for different social media platformsAbility to work in a team and communicate effectivelyCreative thinking and storytelling skillsAttention to detail and ability to multitaskMinimum 1 to 2 years' experienceProficiency in Video Production and Video EditingExperience in Video Color Grading and Motion GraphicsKnowledge of Graphics Design Related to video developmentStrong attention to detail with an eye for visual consistency and qualityAbility to meet deadlines and work independently in a remote environmentFamiliarity with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, etc.) is preferredWe are looking forward to the services of video editing, making reels/short videos/clips/teaser, images, etc. for our YouTube and other social media postings like Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, X, etc. on long term basis.The videos are in Hindi related to education news, visa rules updates and guidance or sometimes podcasts also like zoom/meet discussions with universities heads, etc.We will provide raw videos mostly shot on mobile with a green background on the backside shooted keeping mobile horizontal.Raw Videos maybe having different lengths but in general for simplicity of our long term association, we can divide videos into3 broad categorieslike1.Raw videos of less than 5 minutes2.Raw videos between 5 to 20 minutesand3.Raw videos of more than 20 minutes +Our expectations, your editing charges, and deliverables of final edited videos for each raw video are very clearly mentioned in the points below.You are requested to refer to the same very carefully.For raw video less than 5 minutes, we need 2 edited videosin 1 to 2 days i.e. one main edited video and another 1 to 2 minutes of clips/ video/reels/teaser, means total 2 videos deliverables from 5 minutes or less minutes of raw video.We will pay Rs. 250 perraw video of 5 minutes or less to complete this task.For raw videos between 5 to 20 minutes, we are looking for deliverables of 3 videosto complete this taskin 2 to 3 days. One main edited video and two videos of 1 to 2 minutes videos/reels/clips/teaser to create interest, etc. means total 3 videos deliverables.We will pay Rs. 400 per raw video between 5 to 20 minutes of duration.And for more than 20 minutes of raw video, we need total 4 videos to complete thistask in 3 days. One main edited video and 3 videos of 1 to 2 minutes - videos/clips/reels/teaser, etc. means 4 videos deliverables.We will payRs. 500per raw video of 20 minutes or more.In a month around10 to 20 raw videosof different durations are required to work on.Apart from editing videos, you also have to make required images or reels, etc. for promotion on WhatsApp status, Instagram, FB, LinkedIn, etc. maybe of Universities, various courses offered, countries, festivals, etc. and we will pay Rs. 35 per such reel or image.Also note that along with videos reels, images, etc. video editor required to provide Thumbnails, Hashtags, Captions, descriptions about videos, and a video title including appropriate keywords – ready to post along with video timestamp.Also note that as we understand initially corrections will be more till you understand our expectations later on corrections will be fewer and it will be smooth working.But we are looking at unlimited corrections support from you to make our videos as best as it should be.Also note that it's not a job of making a single reel or Youtube video but it's continuous work which will obviously increase month after month.For your idea, you can check out our profile on Instagram which has some of the reels we made (without professional help in-house content) for your information.Other examples of Educationworld videos and logos are:Other's videos examples to understand our expectations are as below:Payment:It will be monthly billedon the basis depending upon numbers of raw videos, reels, images, you work on as mentioned as above in different duration categories (ex. Videos made in November 25 month). You must submit invoice between date 1st to 10th of next month (ex. From 1st to 10th of December 25 month) on raw videos you worked on last month. Once your invoice is approved, your payment will be transferred to your bank account from 11th to 15th day of next month. (ex. 11th to 15th of December 25)I hope you have completely met our requirements with our rates offered specified very clearly as above.Above rates offered are for the initial one year (nonnegotiable) starting after signing the MOU (which will cover all required terms) of our cooperation, after the first year of satisfying working together, we may renegotiate rates for 2nd year onwards depending upon your performance.If you are interested in working with us, you are requested to reply to this message only by email along with your resume with samples of your work of YouTube videos, Reels, Clips, Teaser, images, etc. on our email id  with subject title as"Application for the post of video editor"for a speedy response with your consent that you understood our requirements and ready to work for us.Once we feel you are meeting our expectations, we will send you MOU to sign and after signing MOU, we will start providing raw videos to work on.
