Location: Sector 62, Gurgaon, Haryana

Working Days: 6 Days (2nd & 4th Saturdays off)


Responsibilities:

  • Assist in creating, editing, and scheduling social media content, including text, images, videos, and other multimedia elements.
  • Research and identify potential influencers, including micro, macro, and celebrity influencers, who align with the brand’s values and audience.
  • Manage outreach and negotiations with influencers for collaborations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Manage and oversee social media content.
  • Create social media campaigns.
  • Plan calendar.
  • Stay up to date with latest social media best practices and technologies.
  • Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer.
  • Attend educational conferences.
  • Work in multidisciplinary team with copywriters and designers.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales and Product Development teams.
  • Network with industry professionals and influencers via social media.
  • Provide constructive feedback.


Requirements

  • 2 years of experience as a Social Media / Influencer marketing
  • Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram, Google+ and other social media best practices
  • Knowledge of Social Media Analytics & posting tools
  • Experience with doing audience and buyer persona research.
  • Practical knowledge of SEO and web traffic metrics
