looking for experience in workday expense not into supplier expense.
Job Description
- Configure and maintain the Workday Expenses module to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for expense policies, approval workflows, and compliance rules.
- Support the implementation or optimization of Workday Expenses, including data migration, testing, and user training.
- Work closely with Finance, HR, and IT teams to ensure alignment between business processes and system functionality.
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Workday reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, tax regulations, and audit requirements.
- Provide post-go-live support and continuous improvement recommendations.
Required Qualifications:
- 2–5 years of experience working with Workday, including at least 1–2 years with Workday Expenses.
- Experience in Workday implementation or configuration projects.
- Strong understanding of expense reimbursement policies, financial controls, and audit requirements.
- Ability to create test cases, perform UAT, and provide end-user training.
Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
