Senior Odoo Functional ConsultantThe ideal candidate will have excellent technical and business skills, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions for our clients.The role will have exciting growth opportunities and the chance to work directly with the team based in the UK.As a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for performing customer data imports into Odoo, including data cleansing, validation, transformation, and documentation of mapping processes.Responsibilities:Performing thorough analysis and troubleshooting of data migration issues, conducting quality checks, and collaborating with technical teams for resolutions.Gathering and documenting client business requirements, performing process mapping, and converting findings into functional/technical documentation.Configuring relevant Odoo modules and executing unit/regression testing with QA teams to ensure solution quality.Providing end-user training, creating supporting documentation, and offering second-line functional support for client issues.Monitoring Odoo version updates, maintaining e-learning scripts, and creating video tutorials demonstrating processes and module changes.Producing academy-ready or marketing-ready content to support internal learning and client education.Collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders for progress updates, issue tracking, and successful delivery.Supporting presales activities such as functional demonstrations and participating in strengthening client relationships.Contributing to internal knowledge sharing and helping upskill junior team members.
