Telecom AI ArchitectWe are seeking a highly skilled Telecom AI Architect to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and deploying AI solutions that drive business value in the telecom industry.15+ years of experience: With at least 10 years of experience in Telecom (4G/5G & IMS) and/or Datacom (Routing, Switching / SD-WAN / Provider Edge).Mastery of machine learning algorithms: 8+ years of hands-on experience with ML Algorithms; Graph Neural Networks, Time-series Forecasting Algorithms (ARIMA, LSTM…)Programming skills and ML libraries: Solid programming skills in Python and proficiency with ML/DL libraries (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn).Experience with LLM frameworks: Strong experience with LLM frameworks (LangChain, Hugging Face, Crew AI, OpenAI APIs, etc.).Agentic AI and autonomous systems: Experience in Agentic AI, autonomous multi-agent systems and RAG pipelines.Proven track record: Proven experience building multiple AI/ML solutions for Telecom and Networking use cases.Communication and mentorship: Need to bring proven communication skills and mentor cross-functional teams on the architecture, use cases and drive architectural direction of the products.Data pipeline design and deployment: Proven track record in Design and deployment of data pipelines on GCP (BigQuery, Dataflow, Dataproc, Pub/Sub) for batch and real-time streaming. Experience in dealing with carrier class data sets of terabyte-scale.ML system deployment: Proven experience deploying ML systems on AWS and Databricks.Scalable AI infrastructure: Track record in building scalable AI infrastructure using Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, EKS, automating deployments.Vector databases and MLOps: Experience with vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.) and exposure to MLOps frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow).Business acumen: Strong communication skills with ability to translate technical results into business insights.
