Position: Loan Operations – US Syndication

Designation: - Senior Officer


Key Responsibilities: US-Syndication Loan Processing

  • Validate and process on ACBS, along with other applications to accomplish daily functions
  • The approver is responsible for perform loan processing, including drawdowns, renewals, interest and fee claims and secondary loan closing settlement.
  • The end state process requires the approver to work extensively on ACBS system to perform all the above functions
  • Meeting loan application deadlines and Monitoring
  • Tasks needed to complete and validate/process applications
  • Funding request to be validate & preparation as an when needed
  • Payment validation & processing
  • Monitoring & verify settlement of fees to clear received funds for particular facilities/Deal


Notice management /ISA Recon

  • Incoming notices from agent to be check and Moniter
  • Perform /Validate the events & information mention in notices
  • Apart from these, The approver should also be work on reconciliations, Data validation in system, SOD, EOD control and various other reports as deemed necessary


Mandatory skills: -

  • Experience with loan operating systems such as ACBS and Loan IQ
  • Experience with specialized lending products (e.g. Asset securitization, Leasing, Collateralized loan obligations, Project finance, Loan trading and or Credit derivatives as necessary)
  • Experience with compliance in a lending domain
  • Proficient in management of lending products
  • Competent oral and written communication skills


Qualification: - Strong educational background with BE/BTech, BSc IT or Computer Science


Experience: 4 + years of relevant experience in loan operations + SWIFT MESSAGES+ ACBS System + Loan IQ.
