Creative Designer RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled and versatile Creative Designer to join our team. As a key member of our design department, you will be responsible for creating compelling visual content that effectively communicates our brand's message across various platforms.Responsibilities include designing logos, brandmarks, and identity systems with clear rationale, as well as creating print-ready collaterals such as brochures, flyers, posters, stationery, packaging, and OOH layouts. Additionally, you will build and maintain brand guidelines, prepare final artwork for print, and translate brand campaigns into platform-native visual narratives for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, etc.As a multidisciplinary designer, you will partner with the UI/UX designer and social media manager to deliver cohesive campaigns, present concepts with clear narrative and rationale, and track creative performance with the SM team. You will also leverage AI tools to ideate, generate, and iterate on design concepts, document learnings, and champion best practices for the team.The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing both branding/collateral and social/motion work, as well as a solid understanding of Adobe Suite, Figma/Canva, and mobile editing software. A working knowledge of AI creative tools is also essential. Furthermore, the candidate should possess good taste and cultural fluency for Indian audiences with global polish, be organized, and deliver work on time.Bonus points will be awarded to candidates with experience in packaging design, basic 3D modeling, photography direction, or illustration.
