Transformative Data Migration SpecialistThis role involves leveraging technical expertise with AI coding tools to create an efficient process for migrating clients from legacy platforms to our platform.Key Responsibilities:Design, manage, and optimize complex data migrations to meet business objectives;Develop and maintain ETL/ELT processes using dbt, AWS, and Redshift to efficiently manage and transform large datasets, ensuring seamless integration and scalability;Build a deep understanding of recruitment CRMs (people, projects, companies) so the thought process becomes second nature, enabling informed decision-making and effective management;Own the end-to-end process, including the injection of new data into production environments and supporting customer success during migration, ensuring timely and accurate delivery;Establish clear processes for data handling and write documentation for end-to-end pipeline management, promoting transparency and accountability throughout the process.Requirements:High-level SQL expertise, with experience in querying and manipulating complex datasets;Familiarity with AWS Redshift, dbt, Fivetran, SQL, and Cursor, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively;Experience with customer migrations (+20), with a proven track record of successful project delivery and team collaboration;Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, taking ownership of tasks and delivering results under pressure.What You'll Get:A competitive salary and bonus structure based on performance metrics;A dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
