R K SWAMY Ltd. is looking to hire a professional in the field of finance and administration. The person will be responsible to take care of all the finance and admin related activities for the designated branch office.

Role: Finance and Admin Manager
Location: Kolkata
Experience: 5 - 9 Years
Education: Graduate/Post Graduate in related fields.

Role:
Handle the day-to-day accounting activities of the branch office. and ensuring accurate and timely customer deliverables.
Handle all tax related compliances and activities.
Reconciliation of Debtor and Creditor Accounts, and assisting with a variety of accounting reconciliations as required, including /prepayments, accruals, petty cash and staff accounts.
Manage all day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure an efficient front office.
Ensure that the office is maintained in good order to provide a productive working environment.
Manage general communication such as post, deliveries, couriers, etc.
Organize internal and external meetings, conferences and workshops.
Carry-out other tasks that can be reasonably expected from this role.
